I am a professional educator looking for an avenue to change the United States’ education system like never before. In recent years I have dedicated myself to the deep, level-three thinking and philosophy required for such a change. I have studied e-learning through several mediums, and feel that I have the flexibility and ability to apply my experience to different cultures and situations. My ideal work atmosphere would be one where people are valued and financially rewarded for hard work, think tanks are lunchtime activities are common occurrences, and team members are connected to their community. My strengths include a willingness to go the extra mile, a positive attitude, and high emotional intelligence when dealing with others. I can tend to be a perfectionist and put pressure on myself to succeed, but I respond well to guidance and direction.
